Second Chance Financial Group provides financial education, credit guidance, employment support, and funding readiness resources. Our services include one-on-one coaching, self-paced community materials, webinars, and related educational content. We do not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing in our services constitutes a guarantee of any specific outcome.

3. No Guarantee of Results

SCF does not guarantee credit score increases, funding approvals, employment placement, or the removal of accurate information from your credit report. Individual results vary based on your personal circumstances, effort, and factors outside our control. Any testimonials or examples shown reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our services, to comply with all applicable laws, and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the information and guidance we provide.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courseware, and resources provided through our services are the property of Second Chance Financial Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment of fees. Fees are described at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Any payment disputes should be directed to clientsupport@scfg.info.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Chance Financial Group and its affiliates, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any financial decisions you make based on our guidance.
